After coaching a ton of people I have come to a conclusion that a lot of people have access to quality information from youtube, google and other social media platforms. This means they are smart enought to create their own workout and diet programs. That being said it is always good to get it verified from a fitness expert (like me) befrore going ahead with that.
 
If you belong to theabove group then my consultation call will be great for you. 
 
Here's what you can expect:
 Answers to all your fitness related questions
Check your current workout routine/help create a routine
Check your current diet routine/help you create a routine
Provide solution for issues that is stopping you from reaching your goals
 
Once you make the payment you will be emailed and then given instructions about the scheduling of the call.
