Cancellation: Once ordered (registered for a program), cancelling the service is not possible. Please make sure you ask any questions you have regarding the services I provide. On Digital products like E-Books, cancellations will not be considered.

Refunds: Refunds will not be provided unless you want to stop training under me due to medical emergencies/injuries. If you wish to cancel the program, you will have to do so within the first 30 days of starting the program. You will be refunded 40% of the original fee that you paid (discounts not counted). You are allowed to pause/freeze the coaching service for up to 6 months and can  resume again. Post 6 months the program will be terminated.
