ONLINE COACHING PROCESS
You might be new to online coaching, or simply curious about what happens after you sign up. Either way, I’ll walk you through the entire coaching process—from the moment you enroll to the completion of your program. This will give you a clear understanding of what to expect and help you decide if I’m the right coach to guide you toward your goals.
AFTER YOU SIGN UP

QUESTIONNAIRE
You will be required to fill out a detailed form with all the essential information needed for me to better understand you, your lifestyle, and your goals. This also helps me maintain a record of your details for future reference, ensuring a more personalized and effective coaching experience.

MEAL PHOTOS
You will be required to share photos of everything you eat for 3–5 days, depending on what I feel is necessary. This helps me understand your current eating habits and identify the reasons behind your present condition. It also allows me to estimate your calorie intake and portion sizes more accurately, so I can design a diet and lifestyle plan that is realistic, effective, and tailored specifically to you.

Designing the Plan
Once I have gathered all the necessary information and we are aligned on your goals and expectations, I will begin working on your personalized plan and share it with you.

PHYSIQUE AND MEASUREMENTS
I will also ask you to share your current physique photos and body measurements. These will serve as a baseline for your journey and will be used during your weekly check-ins. Most importantly, they help us accurately track your progress over time.

Q&A
During this 3–5 day period, I will ask you a few additional questions to better understand your habits, lifestyle, and challenges. If needed, I may also schedule a phone call for further clarity. While this isn’t usually required, please be open to it if necessary.

You Start
Your plan will be shared within 7 days of signing up. Once you receive it, you can ask any questions for clarification, and we will get started on the process together.
Once You Start Following the Plan:

You will be required to share photos of everything you eat on a daily basis. Clients who stay consistent with this tend to see significantly better results.

You can share videos of yourself performing the exercises mentioned in your workout plan. I will review them and help you improve your form and execution, allowing you to progress more effectively in the gym.

You will have direct access to me on WhatsApp every day. Feel free to send your questions anytime. I prefer audio messages for better clarity, but text messages work just as well. I will do my best to address all your doubts and provide practical solutions.

Weekly check-ins will take place every 8th day. You will be required to submit your check-in, which includes physique photos, weekly average weight (from a tracking app), step count, number of workouts completed, and nutrition adherence (rated out of 10), among other details.

Based on your check-in, I will assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you continue moving in the right direction.

This process will continue throughout the duration of your coaching program.​

A Quick Note on Online Coaching
Online coaching has transformed many lives because it keeps you consistently accountable to a coach who genuinely wants the best for you. However, it works best when both coach and client treat it as a partnership—not a shortcut.
If both of us do our part well, this will be a successful journey. I can assure you that I will always hold up my end.
