This plan is best suited for people who are looking at long term results and would like me to be their guide for the next year. If you are just starting out and have no idea about training and nutrition, I would suggest you choose this program. When you are beginner, you will have absolutely no idea about what you are supposed to do in the gym and also with your diet.
This program will help you in laying the foundation for your future training goals.
The program will include the following features :
- Customized Training/Workout program and Customized Lifestyle based Meal Plans
- Whatsapp and Email support on a daily basis (Replies within 3-4 hours)
- Progress tracking every 7 days (It is your responsibility to check in with me every 7 days. As long as you email/whats app me your updates check ins will take place)
- Plan changes if I find it necessary
- IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EMAIL/WHATSAPP FOR ANY CHANGES. I WILL BE PROMPT ONLY IF YOU ARE CONSISTENT.

Non Refundable: Make sure you are ready to put some effort and dedication. Once made, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstance. In case, you want to discontinue halfway through I will make a note of it and provide coaching anytime in the future.
